2025 has been one of the toughest years Mindworks has ever faced. Amid many great moments, the year pushed us to our limits: sometimes to the edge of defeat. The world is changing at a pace that makes it difficult to keep up; often, we are still solving one issue when an even bigger one appears overnight.
But one thing never changed: our mission.
We remain fully committed to delivering the highest quality possible, at any cost to us, never at your expense. This focus, combined with the extraordinary art and craftsmanship we work with, helped us navigate this difficult year and prepare for the future.
Our recent Kickstarter taught us invaluable lessons: some inspiring, some very harsh. Those lessons became the catalyst for a major transformation. Starting this month, Mindworks is evolving to become more reliable, more transparent, and more sustainable.
A New Ecosystem: Simpler, Healthier, Stronger
To ensure long-term stability, we have restructured our entire operational model:
Two Separate Websites
To provide faster service and reduce customs issues, Mindworks now operates through two dedicated regional websites:

This ensures cleaner logistics, faster delivery, and fewer complications.
In-Stock Products Only
We are permanently ending made-to-order production.
This model no longer works for us, and bringing it back would put the entire project at risk. From now on, you can only purchase items that are physically in our warehouses.
90% of the Catalog Temporarily Removed
Most products have been placed on hold. They will gradually return throughout 2026 in small waves only when the real inventory is ready. This prevents delays and protects quality.
A New, Clearer Preorder Structure
Preorders stay, but with a new format:

Quality models, manufactured through an innovative process using a new resin type and finished by our HQ team in Italy. They may require light cleaning and come at a more accessible price: perfect for newcomers or long-time fans exploring new lines.
Legacy Tier
Limited models produced entirely in-house in Italy with higher refinement and almost zero cleanup. This tier continues the traditional Mindworks quality that collectors have trusted for years.
Collector Tier
Ultra-limited releases made completely in-house, requiring no cleaning, delivered in premium packaging with numbered certificates, exclusive variants, and unique extras. These pieces are true once-in-a-lifetime collectibles, the pinnacle of Mindworks artistry.
Growing by Reducing
We are deliberately trimming down in some areas so we can grow stronger in others. Every decision made this year (even the toughest ones) was essential for the survival of Mindworks and the future of the brand.
