The Sisters of Saint Cosmas are an elite medical corps, sworn to aid wounded soldiers of the Faith, no matter how dire the circumstances or perilous the operating conditions. Carrying medical kits stocked with potent drugs, their ministrations enable even the most grievously wounded to rise and fight on. Highly trained in battlefield first aid and frontline surgery, the Sisters are as skilled at taking lives as saving them. Armed with the lethal misericordia, they show no mercy to enemies on the battlefield, dispatching foes with clinical precision.
